The MinVu TEAM

MinVu started developing its flagship product MinVu Core for mine production reporting and decision
making support in 1999. Today, MinVu Core and its analytics solution MinVu Insights are used by some
of the largest global mining companies for managing performance and driving business improvement initiatives

MinVu is an active member of the Australian Computer Society and is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Staff
training is undertaken regularly from programs delivered by these two organisations and various other
Mining and IT industry specific providers. MinVu actively supports its staff members to attain Microsoft
Certified Professional status and pursue further tertiary qualifications.

I have worked with MinVu for over twelve years at two mines in Canada – both with the Wenco Fleet
Management System as the primary surface system. MinVu’s systems are the core of operational
reporting and analytics across both mines and provide considerable benefit to both operations. Both
mines utilise the full suite of functionality for data management, integration and reporting for surface,
underground and plant systems.
By providing easy access to reliable mine-wide operational information, the systems have an integral
role in the mines’ production management and performance improvement activities. Standardization
is key to success along with trusting data, and MinVu allows the business to achieve this. Another
significant benefit with using MinVu is minimizing the dependency on key people. If a mine loses key
personnel, the reporting systems are maintained by MinVu and the disruption is minimized.
MinVu’s Maintenance & Support program is unsurpassed in terms of new product releases and the
response times and resolution of support requests. We find the Directors and staff excellent to work
with and are impressed by their mining domain knowledge, professionalism, and technical expertise.
